| Club members at our claim. Everyone had a great time. There was a clear blue sky, and the workings were even dry and easy to pick. There were several more people who showed up at the claim from as far away as Victorville, Tehachapi, and even a member of the Culver City club. We found loads and loads of beautiful travertine, jasper, quartz, and even a geode. It would be hard to beat a field trip like this one. Our rating for a productive, educational, fun, active day? RATING? A BIG 10 out of 10. |
