This beautiful scene is in the mountains west of the Grapevine when we were
prospecting for gold near Gold Hill in Hungry Valley.  We didn't find gold, but the
awesome scenery, by itself, made the trip worthwhile.
On our way back from gold prospecting, we spotted this ranch that
was tucked into the hills amdst purple and yellow wildflowers and a
blooming cherry orchard.  We had to get a photo.
