MARCH  BIRTHDAYS
RUTH HIDALGO, GEORGE LAWRENCE, BILL WEBBER, EVELY VELIE
Our immediate past president, Ron Lawrence, did an outstanding job of making the club better, increasing membership, and providing excellent educational and
informative opportunities for our members.  It will be difficult to improve on Ron's agenda, so the new team of officers, directors, and chairpersons welcome your support and
assistance for 2010.   All suggestions and ideas will be given serious consideration with the view to making the club better.

everything we will keep will be computerized and put on CD's or DVD's.

MEMBER BENEFITS.  The Club has now catalogued its collection of Books, Magazines, maps, Brochures, booklets, and catalogs.  Most of these items are available for temporary 30-day (or
less) loans to members.  We have information on many out-of-state locations and California locations that you can use if you are going to do some rockhounding on your own, vacation, etc. Go
to our
LIBRARY PAGE for a listing of available publications.  To borrow from the library, contact Ron Lawrence or E-mail SierraPelona@Yahoo.com

You can buy attractive SPRC T-shirts and hats for a measly ten bucks each - that's right, only 10 simoleans, or 10 clams, or 1 sawbuck - you can't beat the price.  You can hardly find a plain
t-shirt or a plain hat for that price.  We have several sizes in the t-shirts, and the hats will fit everyone (except pinheads) because the hats are adjustable.  See Greg or Ron at the next meeting
and get your Club T-shirt or hat.
